CHCSS00081 Induction to Disability
This skill set reflects the skill requirements for supporting people with disability. It provides a set of skills to support the induction of new workers into a variety of roles supporting people with disability.
These units provide credit towards a range of qualifications in the CHC Community Services Training Package, including the CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support.

COURSE FEES & FUNDING
Full course fees are determined through our Schedule of Fees.
Co-contribution fees are $27 for concessional participants or $54 for non-concessional participants.

This course is delivered face-to-face and includes a blend of theory and practical assessments.
Cohort - New Entrant Into The Industry
Face-to-face training is delivered two days per week (5.5 hours per day) for 4 weeks.
It is suggested that students do 10 hours of independent study per week (over 4 weeks).
It is a requirement of this qualification that you complete work placement to be deemed competent, which we organise for you with one of our partner organisations.
It is mandatory that you are able to gain a current National Police Check (NPC) and complete first aid training (HLTAID003 Provide first aid) before commencing work placement.
