COURSE DETAILS

This qualification reflects the role of workers in a range of early  childhood education settings who work within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National  Quality Standard. 
They support the implementation of an approved learning framework, and support children’s wellbeing, learning and development.  Depending on the setting, educators may work under direct  supervision or autonomously.

This qualification pathways to Diploma of Early Childhood Education  and Care (CHC50113).

COURSE DELIVERY

This course is delivered face-to-face with 120 hours of work  placement required throughout.
Courses are offered during the day or as night classes.

COURSE LOCATION

Cairns and surrounding regions.

COURSE FEES & FUNDING

Course fees starting from $6.75 per subject for concessional participants or $13.50 per subject for non-concessional participants.

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)

If you are currently working in the industry you may be eligible for recognition of prior learning (RPL). Please contact us for further information.

EMPLOYMENT PATHWAYS

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30113) is an introductory course to the education industry.

Employment pathways from this qualification can include Early Childhood Educator Assistant, Outside School Hours Aid, Family Day Care Worker, Preschool Assistant, Nanny or Playgroup Supervisor.
